In 2007, Heritage Charlotte begun to compile data on election results for the county. This report not only includes all federal elections from 1867 to 2006, and provincial elections from 1978 to 2006 but also appointments of county residents to the Senate. Future updates will include early provincial election results as well as data on municipal elections, appointments and names of community leaders.
